Head of Localization

Develop and execute NERIC's localization strategy and roadmap. Lead local content development across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain Identify, qualify, and develop local suppliers and manufacturing partners. Drive industrialization and technology transfer initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve localization targets. Monitor localization KPIs and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Support localization activities during tenders and major projects. Build strong relationships with government entities, industry partners, and key stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline

10+ years of experience in rolling stock, railway, automotive, or heavy manufacturing industries. Proven experience in localization, supplier development, industrialization, or manufacturing development.

Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain localization, and international quality standards

Experience working with a major Rolling Stock OEM is a strong advantage

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management

Fluent in English and Arabic
