• Experience serving Western, traditional cuisine, and Mediterranean.
• Understanding of Western kitchen and beverage standards.
• Collaborate with the floor team to optimise workflow and efficiency.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Multitasking.
• Clean, organized, and punctual. Super Important!
• Responsible and committed to their role.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Barista knowledge is valued.

Work Location: Pecatu, Bali (Candidates living nearby are preferred.)
