WELDER
Prepare and set up welding tools, equipment, and steel materials for fabrication tasks Perform welding on steel structures, beams, columns, and metal plates according to drawings and specifications Maintain a safe and secure work environment by following standard welding procedures and company safety rules Report fabrication or alignment issues and assist in resolving them with supervisors and engineers Ensure high-quality welds that meet structural integrity and inspection standards Safely handle and maintain welding machines, gas cylinders, and cutting tools Keep the workplace tidy, organized, and free of hazards Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor, including assisting in steel assembly and fitting works Inspect and maintain welding equipment regularly to ensure safe operation Document any safety incidents or hazards observed during operations. Gas cutting, PP welding, metal arc welding, and orbital welding Proficient in 3G, 4G, 5G & 6G welding techniques, especially for steel structure joints GTAW 6G – 2" Schedule 80 Stainless Steel (SS) welding qualification certificate is required. Ability to follow standard welding SOPs and structural fabrication drawings
