Program Manager

The Role

As a Program Manager at NCS Philippines, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex, high-profile technology programs that deliver significant business impact. This is a strategic role that requires you to align programs with the overall organisational objectives, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure the successful delivery of innovative solutions. Working in our dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will play a pivotal part in driving the company's technology transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and oversight for the full program lifecycle, from initiation to closure

Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements

Establish and maintain effective governance structures to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards

Manage program risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability

Communicate program status and performance to key stakeholders, including senior leadership

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program delivery capabilities

Provide mentorship and guidance to more junior program management professionals

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience (5+ years) in leading large-scale, complex technology programs in a fast-paced, agile environment

Proven track record of delivering mission-critical programs that drive business value

Strong program management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Familiarity with Agile and traditional project management methodologies

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field

Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are highly desirable
