Site Manager (Construction)

Job Description

Prepare documentation required for the project

Coordinate with various government and utility agencies for site clearance

Work with team of engineers and supervisors to execute all site works

Plan, schedule and monitor progress on site

Ensure all works adhere to planned timeline

Coordinate and direct workers and subcontractors

Prepare and submit reports as required

Minimize environmental impact from the construction activities

Ensure the adherence to all HSE policies

To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment related to the job scope and workplace as required

Any other duties that may assigned from time to time by Management

Requirements

Degree holder in Construction/Building or related discipline

Min 10 years of working experience in construction industry

Good project management, communication and good leadership

Good leadership and organizing abilities
