Project Manager

We’re Hiring: Project Manager

Nawatech is looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take ownership of project delivery from planning to completion.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Facilitate project meetings, progress updates, and follow-ups.
• Manage project requirements, changes, and stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks and blockers and coordinate appropriate solutions
• Prepare project status reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, software development, or digital projects.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar.
• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Onsite, South Jakarta Employment Type: 1-year contract based
