Business Operations Specialist

naturesta is looking for a fresh graduate to join our team as a Business Operations Specialist. You will be the operational backbone connecting our Commercial, Warehouse, Logistics and IT teams, making sure orders flow smoothly, problems are resolved quickly, and everyone stays informed across every sales channel. Marketplaces & sales channels (B2B, B2C, eCommerce, qCommerce - e.g. Amazon, Noon, Talabat): Manage listings, inventory, pricing and order sync across all platforms, and help automate them Own the full order lifecycle, from placement to delivery and post-delivery follow-up Handle order fulfillment, invoicing and payment reconciliation Proactively resolve exceptions: cancellations, returns and delivery issues Keep customers updated consistently and in real time throughout the order journey Coordination & reporting: Act as the point of contact between Commercial, Warehouse, Logistics and IT to keep orders moving Maintain accurate records and status tracking for all B2B and B2C orders Report on order status, exceptions and channel performance Flag recurring issues and suggest process improvements

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working across several systems at once (marketplaces, ERP, communication tools)

Good written and spoken Arabic and English

Proactive and structured, able to handle a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Knowledge of Odoo ERP (Sales, Inventory, Invoicing) or the ability to learn it quickly

Nice to have: familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon

Nice to have: exposure to eCommerce, qCommerce, FMCG or operations coordination

Nice to have: basic Excel or ERP knowledge (we use Odoo, and training is provided)
