The Role

Flexi-time, paid role of 6 months Lead and manage technical assistance projects for regional and international organisations in Sub-Saharan Africa, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Provide expert guidance, resolve project challenges, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans to maintain project progress. Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, status updates, negotiations, and expectation management. Review project deliverables to ensure quality standards are met and provide constructive feedback to project teams.

The Person

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Strategic Management, Human Resources Management, or related field. Project management certification such as Project Management Professional, or PRINCE2
