The Role

Flexi-time, paid role of 6 months Lead organisational development and restructuring initiatives, including organisational redesign, change management, and turnaround situations. Analyse financial, commercial, and operational data to identify inefficiencies and develop cost-effective organisational structures. Apply change management frameworks to manage resistance, align employees with new structures, and facilitate smooth transitions. Develop phased restructuring plans and implementation timelines while engaging stakeholders and ensuring effective organisational change.

The Person

Master’s Degree in Organisational Development, Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, Strategic Management, or Business Administration. Registration with a recognised professional body such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, ATD, HCI, or the Institute of People Management is an added advantage.
