Japanese MNC A1 Main Contractor Basic from $5,500 to $6,800 + Bonus 5 days’ work week Location: AMK Responsibilities Support the Quantity Surveying Manager in post-contract administration. Handle procurement, budgeting, cost control and cash flow management. Manage progress claims, contract payments, variations and final accounts. Assist with tender evaluation, subcontractor management and commercial negotiations. Monitor construction costs and keep updated on market trends and cost movements. Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying. Good knowledge of construction costs and market trends. Prior experience working on MRT/LTA/Tunnel civil projects. Experience from A1 main contractors will be preferred.
