The Role:
We're looking for a Junior Operations Specialist to support internal teams and help keep the business running smoothly. This is an entry-level role for someone who's organized, proactive, and comfortable working with data to support decision-making across the organization.
This is a launchpad role. You'll work across multiple functions—supporting product, analytics, account management, and operations teams—giving you broad exposure to how different parts of a data-driven business work together. You'll help with everything from coordinating projects and maintaining documentation to pulling data, building reports, and streamlining workflows. This kind of cross-functional visibility is rare early in a career, and it's designed to help you discover where your strengths and interests lie.
You'll work alongside experienced team members who will mentor you as you develop foundational skills in operations, data analysis, and business coordination. Your contributions will keep things moving and free up senior team members to focus on high-impact work.
What You'll Do:
Data & Reporting Support
Pull, organize, and analyze data from internal tools to support team needs
Build and maintain dashboards, tracking sheets, and reports
Prepare summaries and data snapshots for internal meetings and reviews
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
Help teams access the information they need to make decisions
Internal Operations Support
Assist teams with day-to-day operational tasks and project coordination
Help maintain internal documentation, processes, and workflows
Track action items, deliverables, and deadlines across projects
Support the execution of internal initiatives and process improvements
Flag bottlenecks or issues and help troubleshoot solutions
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work with product, analytics, account management, and operations teams on various projects
Coordinate across functions to gather information, align timelines, and keep work on track
Gain exposure to design and engineering through cross-team initiatives
Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and planning sessions
Tools & Process Management
Help manage internal tools, systems, and shared resources
Support onboarding of new tools or workflows
Assist with QA and cleanup tasks to keep data and systems organized
Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to improve efficiency (training provided—curiosity required)
Who You Are:
0–2 years of experience (or relevant internships) in operations, marketing, analytics, business, or related fields
Comfortable working with data—you can pull information, organize it, and present it clearly
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets—you can build reports, use formulas, and keep things tidy
A clear communicator who can work effectively across teams
Proactive and resourceful—you figure things out and ask good questions
Eager to learn new tools, systems, and ways of working
Excited about using modern tools—including AI—to work smarter and move faster
Nice to Have
Experience with project management or documentation tools (Notion, Asana, JIRA, Monday, etc.)
Exposure to analytics, BI, or reporting tools
Familiarity with SQL or interest in learning it
Familiarity with CRM, marketing, or operations platforms
Basic understanding of how startups or digital businesses operate
Why You'll Love This Role
Data-informed work: You'll regularly work with data to support teams and inform decisions
Broad exposure: Work across multiple teams and functions to understand how a growing business operates
Learn by doing: Get hands-on experience with real projects, not busywork
Mentorship: Learn directly from experienced operators, PMs, and analysts
Career flexibility: Build a foundation that opens doors to operations, analytics, product, account management, or wherever your interests lead
Salary Range $60,000 — $65,000 USD
