Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our moving operations team. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily job routing and schedules Assign drivers, vehicles and moving crews according to operational requirements Monitor daily job progress and make adjustments when there are delays or last-minute changes Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Service and Operations teams Communicate job instructions clearly to drivers and crew Handle operational issues and arrange solutions promptly Ensure manpower and vehicle resources are efficiently utilized Maintain accurate operational and routing records Requirements Good coordination and problem-solving skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple jobs at the same time Strong communication skills Responsible, organized and detail-oriented Comfortable communicating with drivers and ground staff Experience in logistics, moving, transport, dispatch or routing coordination is an advantage Basic computer skills required
