We?re looking for an experienced South Indian Chef who takes pride in authentic flavour, crisp dosas, and consistently excellent food. If you know your batter, can confidently manage a dosa station, and enjoy working with a team, we?d love to meet you.

*What you?ll do*

• Prepare a variety of dosas and other South Indian menu items with consistent taste, texture, and presentation.
• Manage preparation, including batter mixing, fermentation, fillings, and accompaniments.
• Keep your station ready and deliver orders efficiently during busy service.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow safe food-handling practices.
• Monitor ingredients, reduce waste, and communicate supply needs.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly.

*What we?re looking for*

• *Previous cooking experience in a South Indian restaurant is required.*
• *You must be confident preparing dosas independently*, from batter preparation to cooking and plating.
• Strong attention to freshness, flavour, cleanliness, and consistency.
• The ability to stay organized and work efficiently during busy periods.
• A reliable, punctual team member with a positive attitude and pride in their work.
