OPD Receptionist

Guiding and assisting patients during admission and providing information and answering their inquiries.

Build relationships to communicate and work effectively with colleagues from other departments.

Effectively present information and respond to questions from management, Patient and their relatives

Submit daily reports and outpatient insurances to the direct supervisor of the Director of Outpatient Clinics

A bachelor's degree is a must

Previous experience with outpatient clinic coordination is preferred.

Experience in customer service or tele-sales will be nice

Outstanding communication & negotiation skills

Freshers are welcome.
