MANAGER

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa and ensure a high standard of customer service and treatment quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations.
• Manage staff schedules, duty rosters and manpower arrangements.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure service standards are maintained.
• Guide and train therapists on treatment procedures and customer service standards.
• Attend to customer enquiries, appointments, feedback and service-related issues.
• Ensure treatment rooms, equipment and common areas are properly maintained.
• Monitor inventory of products, consumables and supplies.
• Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness and workplace safety standards.
• Coordinate customer bookings and daily operational workflow.
• Management with sales targets, promotions and customer retention.
• Prepare basic operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Perform treatments or assist therapists when operationally required.
• Handle other duties related to the day-to-day operation of the shop.

Requirements

• Relevant working experience in the spa, beauty or wellness industry .
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to supervise and coordinate a team effectively.
• Responsible, organised and able to handle daily operational issues independently.
• Basic knowledge of spa treatments and service procedures.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays according to roster.
