Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities Prepare quotations, tender documents and BOQ for M&E and renovation projects. Perform quantity take-off, costing and price analysis. Source and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors. Handle progress claims, variation orders and final accounts. Monitor project costs, budgets and procurement. Manage subcontractors and liaise with clients, consultants and suppliers. Attend site meetings and assist with commercial and contractual matters. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction or equivalent. 1–3 years of relevant QS experience in  M&E / Renovation. Good knowledge of tendering, costing, quantity take-off and contract administration. Good communication and negotiation skills. Able to work independently and with project teams. Singapore M&E / renovation experience will be an advantage.
