Job Description

• Maintain and optimise technology platforms to ensure high availability and performance.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues to minimise downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and integrate new technologies.
• Implement and enforce security protocols to protect system integrity.
• Automate routine processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Document system configurations and provide technical support when necessary.
• Conduct regular system updates and patch management activities.
• Contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Platform Engineer should have:

• Proficiency in maintaining and troubleshooting technology platforms.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and deployment tools.
• Knowledge of security protocols and system hardening techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and virtualisation technologies.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
