As a Senior Personal Assistant in the retail industry, you'll play a key role in supporting senior team members, ensuring their day-to-day activities run smoothly. Based in Swansea, this permanent role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling administrative tasks to help the business stay organised and efficient Client Details An organisation within the retail industry located in Swansea Description Manage and maintain senior team member's schedules, including organising meetings and appointments. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for senior staff. Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with the organisation of events and team activities. Ensure timely follow-ups on action points from meetings. Support general administrative tasks to enhance team productivity. Profile A successful Senior Personal Assistant should have: Previous experience in a similar senior administrative or personal assistant role. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. A professional and approachable demeanour.
