About MICA Academy: MICA Academy is a Secondary Technological School affiliated with the Productivity and Vocational Training Department (PVTD), located in Giza. We offer specialized technical education programs for students aged 15 to 18, equipping them with practical and foundational skills in Software Engineering, IT Infrastructure, Embedded Systems, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver interactive lectures and hands-on lab sessions covering Java, Databases, and core IT/Software concepts.

Develop, update, and enhance educational materials, curriculum modules, and practical assignments.

Assess student performance through continuous evaluations, projects, and practical exams.

Mentor students in hands-on technical projects and encourage problem-solving methodologies.

Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.

Core Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Java programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

Solid understanding of Databases, JDBC, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.

Foundational understanding of Networking, Operating Systems, Systems Administration, and IT Infrastructure.

Experience: Previous experience in teaching, training, or developing technical learning materials and curricula.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.

Preferred / Plus Skills: Knowledge or experience with Flutter for cross-platform mobile application development is a strong plus.

Familiarity with Embedded Systems, Robotics, or basic AI concepts.
