Featuring 50 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, a lush interior courtyard, and two signature bars — the intimate Bar Daniel and the rooftop Rosemary Rose — the hotel blends calm, modern Southern style with thoughtful amenities like bike share, a stocked pantry, and serene residential ‑ inspired interiors. About the Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring our property remains impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and welcoming for every guest. This position supports the Housekeeping Manager by overseeing daily operations, inspecting guest rooms and public spaces, and guiding the housekeeping team with a calm, professional, service ‑ driven approach. Ideal candidates are detail ‑ oriented, organized, and skilled at motivating teams while upholding Method Co.’s high standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet brand standards
Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and common spaces
Train, coach, and support housekeeping staff to ensure consistency and quality
Assist with scheduling, task assignments, and daily workflow management
Monitor inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities
Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate with engineering as needed
Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleaning protocols at all times
Support hands ‑ on cleaning tasks during high ‑ volume periods
Foster a positive, team ‑ oriented environment rooted in hospitality and respect
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing
Weekend and holiday availability required

Working Conditions/Environment:
The person having this position may have to stand and/or walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach and stretch for eight (8) hours per day.
Agility in executing fast-paced movements to navigate different areas of the property efficiently.
