Supervise and coordinate Mechanical& Electrical (M&E) works on construction sites, ensuringcompliance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Monitor site progress and ensure M&Einstallations are completed according to project schedule and quality standards .
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors,subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth execution of M&E works.
Ensure all M&E works comply with BCAregulations, Singapore standards, and relevant authority requirements .
Conduct regular site inspections tomonitor workmanship, safety practices, and compliance with approved methodstatements.
Review and verify shop drawings,material submissions, and method statements before siteimplementation.
Assist in resolving technical issues andcoordination conflicts between architectural, structural, and M&Eworks.
Monitor and ensure compliance with workplacesafety and health (WSH) regulations on site.
Prepare and maintain site reports,progress updates, and inspection records .
Supervise testing and commissioningactivities for M&E systems.
Ensure proper installation, testing, andhandover of M&E services , including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing,fire protection, and ELV systems.
Strong site coordination, supervision, andcommunication skills.
Coordinate with relevant authorities for inspections,approvals, and compliance where required.
