Accounts Receivable Specialist

Monitor customer accounts and record collections.

Issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables.

Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging Reports.

Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely payment follow-up.

Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (Accounting)

Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.

Previous experience in the Construction and Real Estate Investment industry is a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.

Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
