What will you do?

Independently prepare dishes according to our menu.

Monitor hygiene and HACCP standards.

Work together with a passionate team and support colleagues during busy periods.

Manage and check stock and orders.

Supervise and guide kitchen assistants.

Prepare ingredients independently.

Apply basic cooking techniques.

Provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, dishes and cooking methods.

Be responsible for stock and ordering management.

Provide professional guidance and technical supervision to kitchen assistants.

Who are we looking for?

You are able to work independently but can also work well as part of a team.

You are passionate, creative and have an eye for detail.

You are flexible and able to work well under pressure, including during busy periods.

You have a good understanding of hygiene regulations and food safety.

MBO Level 3 or equivalent.

Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.
