KITCHEN HELPER

Job description: Maintain the kitchen's order and cleanliness, which includes cleaning the dishes, utensils, and appliances. Make sure that every kitchen surface, floor, and storage area is sanitized and cleaned in compliance with health and safety regulations. Help with basic food preparation duties including slicing, chopping, and peeling vegetables. Help with ingredient preparation by following the kitchen staff's instructions. Support chefs and cooks during busy periods by fetching ingredients, utensils, or equipment as needed. Organize all kitchen tools and equipment to be cleaned and stored properly after use.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications: At least High School Graduate (College Level or Diploma in Hospitality Management is a plus). Basic knowledge of the food and beverage industry Basic Food safety and sanitation. Flexibility to work on weekends, and holidays, and render overtime. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & multi-tasking effectively. Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
