BUILDING MAINTENANCE MAN

Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspection of facilities, equipment, fixtures, and work areas. Conduct basic repairs and maintenance of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other facility-related concerns. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities as scheduled. Troubleshoot and report equipment or facility problems to the supervisor. Assist in repairing or replacing damaged fixtures, lights, switches, faucets, doors, and other items. Monitor and maintain proper condition of tools and maintenance equipment. Ensure work areas are clean and safe after completing maintenance tasks. Assist contractors or service providers during repair and maintenance activities. Maintain records of completed maintenance work and reported issues when required. Follow proper safety procedures when handling tools, equipment, and maintenance materials. Immediately report safety hazards, major damages, or equipment malfunctions. Support emergency repairs and urgent maintenance requirements. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements: Qualifications At least High School or Senior High School graduate. Previous experience in maintenance, repair, facilities, or a similar role is an advantage. Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs. Physically fit and capable of performing maintenance tasks. Able to use basic hand and power tools safely. Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required. Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious. Can work independently and as part of a team.
