As a HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in the employee life cycle of our security officers in the Atlanta branch. Your expertise will help us build a best in class employee lifecycle ensures safety and security for our clients. Responsibilities:

Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, me-to-hire, and cost-per-hire)

Ensure employees' requests and grievances are handled in a timely manner with professionalism and discretion

Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations

Conduct employee investigations and investigate disciplinary actions, including but not limited to, interviewing witnesses and reviewing pertinent materials

Recommend, prepare, and as appropriate, assist in the administration of corrective actions

Enforce and assist in the development of company policies

Maintain accurate records of employees with the use of reports and audits

Other dues to be determined by management

Qualifications:

Master's/bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field preferred

Minimum of two years of related Human Resources experience

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Experience with policy review and creation

Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)

Professional demeanor and appearance

Excellent computer skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Attentive to detail

Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with ADP is a plus
