As we continue to grow, we are looking for a capable and motivated Accounts Executive to join our Accounting team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle a portfolio of Singapore companies across a variety of industries
• Prepare full sets of accounts , including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and supporting schedules
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts
• Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules for clients
• Handle accounting adjustments, accruals, prepayments, depreciation, and other closing entries
• Assist with GST computation and submission
• Assist with audit schedules and respond to auditors' queries where required
• Review clients' accounting records and identify missing information, discrepancies, or unusual transactions
• Communicate directly with clients to obtain documents and clarify accounting matters
• Ensure accounting jobs are completed accurately and within agreed timelines
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation
• Work closely with managers and other departments to resolve client matters efficiently
• Use accounting software and technology to improve the speed and accuracy of your work
• Take ownership of your assigned portfolio and keep jobs moving without unnecessary delays

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who is responsible, organised, accurate, and willing to learn .

You should ideally have:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• Relevant accounting experience, preferably in an accounting firm, corporate services firm, or outsourced accounting environment
• Experience preparing full sets of accounts
• Good understanding of basic accounting principles
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines at the same time
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work

Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant experience are particularly welcome to apply.

Fresh graduates with strong accounting fundamentals may also be considered.
