Job Summary:
Our client is a leading American healthcare and pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced Regional Marketing Operations & NPI Project Associate to support New Product Introduction (NPI), commercialization and portfolio expansion projects across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
This regional role partners closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Technical Support and Customer Service teams to drive successful product launches from pre-launch planning through commercialization and post-launch execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience managing regional product launches within the medical device, diagnostics, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Job Scope:
Regional Project Management
- Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI), SKU creation and portfolio customization projects across APAC.
- Drive project execution through pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases.
- Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and governance processes.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely product launches.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies and deliverables.
- Provide regular project updates and executive progress reports.
Marketing Operations
- Support regional marketing strategies for priority products.
- Coordinate development of marketing communications, sales tools and promotional materials.
- Work closely with Marketing Communications on content creation and approval workflows.
- Partner with country marketing teams and external agencies to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Manage project budgets, vendor invoices and marketing operations activities.
Commercialisation & Product Launch
- Support commercialization strategy for new product introductions.
- Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs and Market Access teams to facilitate market readiness.
- Coordinate product evaluations and launch readiness activities.
- Drive change management initiatives including portfolio transitions and regulatory-related projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with regional and country commercial teams across APAC.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Build working relationships with distributors, affiliates and suppliers.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal quality, regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Support financial planning, forecasting and project budget tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, Marketing or a related discipline.
- 5–7 years of experience in Project Management, New Product Introduction (NPI), Product Launch, Marketing Operations, Commercialization
- Regional APAC experience
- Experience working across multiple cross-functional teams.
- Stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience within Medical Devices, Diagnostics, IVD, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industries is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with regulated healthcare environments.
- Organizational and project planning skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Additional Information:
- Salary – Up to S$8K per month + 1-month bonus
- Contract duration: 12-month contract, renewable and convertible to perm
- Commencement Date: Immediate
- Working days and hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Location: Bugis, CBD
