Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to customers professionally.

Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.

Serve orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Recommend menu items and upsell where appropriate.

Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.

Maintain clean and organized tables and service areas.

Process bills and confirm payments before customers leave.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for efficient service.

Maintain proper hygiene, grooming, and appearance standards.

Requirements:

Minimum of OND (Ordinary National Diploma) qualification.

At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar hospitality/customer service role.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.

Basic knowledge of POS systems is an added advantage.

Proximity to Lekki Phase 1 is an added advantage.
