Senior C#/.NET Developer for integrations

Daily tasks

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and API-based integrations supporting HR, Payroll, and Finance systems.
• Build scalable, secure APIs and services integrating internal applications, SaaS platforms, and external systems.
• Develop backend solutions using C# and .NET, with a strong focus on enterprise application integration.
• Work extensively with SQL and relational databases, including data modelling, query optimization, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Contribute to the architecture and modernization of enterprise platforms, including legacy-to-cloud migration initiatives.
• Improve system resiliency, scalability, performance, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Work with DevOps teams on production issues, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Participate in automated testing, code reviews, and continuous delivery processes.
• Continuously improve applications and integrations using modern technologies and AI-powered development tools.

Requirements

6+ years of professional software development experience , ideally with enterprise or business-critical applications. Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET . Strong SQL and relational database skills, including data modelling, query optimization, and debugging. Proven experience designing and developing REST APIs, web services, and system integrations . Experience integrating enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and external systems . Experience with automated testing, source control, code reviews, and CI/CD practices. Working knowledge of cloud environments and distributed systems. Experience supporting production applications and resolving complex technical issues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technology teams.

Nice to Have Experience with HR, Payroll, Finance, or other enterprise business systems . Experience with cloud migration and legacy application modernization. Experience with AI-assisted software development tools.
