About the Project

As an Agile Coach , you will work with teams across the finance/stock exchange industry to implement Agile best practices, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and drive organizational agility. You will collaborate with leadership, product teams, and Scrum Masters to optimize Agile adoption and execution.

Daily tasks

• Guide teams and leadership in Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to enhance Agile maturity
• Facilitate Agile transformation initiatives across the organization
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies to improve Agile workflows
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and experimentation

Requirements

At least 7+ years of experience as an Agile Coach

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.)

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar Agile tools

Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills

Good command of English

Nice to Have

Certifications such as SAFe SPC, PSM III,

Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks and enterprise agility

Familiarity with DevOps and Lean principles

Must have: Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Less, Jira, Confluence

Nice to have: PSM II, DevOps, Lean
