Your tasks

- Responsibility for the planning, testing and implementation of processing solutions projects for sensitive liquid foods, including milk and diary products
- Calculation and presentation of offers on the basis of service specifications or according to customer specifications
- Determination of process steps, creation of flow diagrams, description of the systems
- Creation of technical documentation
- Project planning and dimensioning of the entire systems
- Definition of technical specifications for requests to subcontractors, including BOM creation
- Preparation of the project schedule, P&ID and coordination of the specialist departments involved in the project
- Risk assessment and analysis
- Deadline and cost controlling
- Ensuring quality and quality control during the project
- Technical acceptance tests at the factory or on site at the customer's site
- Implementation of commissioning and acceptance tests as well as instruction of users in the operation of the systems
- Technical contact for customers and internal departments
Requirements
Your Profile You contribute****
- You have a degree preferably in the field of dairy, food technology, mechanical engineering or process engineering or have completed training as a technician or master craftsman from the food industry
- You have project management skills (PMP certificate appreciated, but not necessary)
- You have several years of relevant professional experience in the food industry, process engineering or plant engineering and experience in the operation of process plants within the food industry
- You are able to communicate and work in a team
- You work independently and on your own responsibility
- You have a quick grasp of complex processes and issues within the food industry
- You will contribute your very good communication skills to our cooperative team and also speak fluent and business-fluent in English, basic German skills are well appreciated
- You are characterized by your willingness to travel
- You have basic commercial knowledge
- You have a driver's license
