Job Description Responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment for PFS Sales roles, partnering Hiring Managers and HRBPs to meet business needs. Manages sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding for frontline sales positions. Advises stakeholders on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate selection. Ensures compliance with recruitment governance, licensing, and regulatory requirements.
