Senior Software Engineer I

Accountabilities Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), contributing to planning, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of software solutions.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications using modern technologies while delivering clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data teams to define requirements, estimate work, and deliver new features to production.

Leverage AI-powered development tools and agentic technologies to improve engineering efficiency and software delivery.

Perform functionality testing, troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and ensure software quality before release.

Maintain development standards, documentation, and engineering best practices while contributing to continuous process improvements.

Support Agile ceremonies and actively collaborate with globally distributed teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

5–7 years of professional software development experience delivering production-grade applications.

Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET (.NET Framework/.NET Core), MVC, React, TypeScript/JavaScript, Redis, and Microsoft SQL Server.

Solid understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, and the complete software development lifecycle.

Experience working with AI-assisted development tools and managing AI agent workflows is highly desirable.

Proven experience collaborating with international or US-based business and engineering teams.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

Ability to work overlapping core US business hours while maintaining a reliable remote workspace and stable high-speed internet connection.
