Accountabilities Define and execute the multi-year product vision and roadmap for AI-powered marketing platforms, prioritizing investments according to client needs, market opportunities, emerging technologies, and measurable business value.

Lead the evolution of agentic AI capabilities, including AI agents and multi-agent workflows, and establish repeatable processes for moving use cases from strategy through production.

Evaluate emerging generative AI technologies, models, orchestration frameworks, and other innovations, incorporating them into the product strategy when they provide meaningful competitive or client advantages.

Establish and monitor product success metrics covering adoption, client outcomes, operational efficiency, platform performance, and business impact.

Partner with strategy, sales, and client services teams to transform successful AI solutions into repeatable products and scalable offerings across clients and industries.

Establish standards for AI governance, security, quality assurance, monitoring, responsible deployment, and lifecycle management.

Work closely with engineering, product management, and customer-facing teams to deliver secure, reliable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Translate complex marketing and business challenges into practical, scalable technology products and platform capabilities.

Partner with senior strategy leadership to turn AI transformation recommendations and operating models into tangible products and implementation approaches.

Engage directly with enterprise clients, providing product leadership, technical guidance, and executive-level thought leadership.

Represent the AI product vision in senior client discussions and help position the organization's technology capabilities as a differentiated enterprise solution.

Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team spanning AI product strategy, platform innovation, and product delivery.

Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity, disciplined execution, innovation, accountability, and strong customer focus.

Collaborate across engineering, sales, client services, strategy, and executive leadership to align product priorities with broader growth objectives.

Within the first 90 days, assess the current platform, establish key relationships, and identify high-impact investments; within six months, establish an aligned multi-year roadmap and deliver meaningful platform capabilities into active client use.

Requirements

10+ years of experience leading enterprise software, SaaS, or AI product organizations, with a demonstrated history of building and scaling AI-powered products or platforms.

Deep knowledge of generative AI, large language models (LLMs), agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise AI architecture.

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, strategy, customer success, sales, and other business functions.

Strong ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions and communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and executive audiences.

Experience working with Fortune 500 organizations and managing enterprise software implementations involving procurement, security, compliance, and other complex requirements.

Exceptional executive communication, strategic thinking, decision-making, and people leadership skills.

Ability to operate credibly with senior clients while also engaging deeply with technical and engineering teams.

Experience in marketing technology, digital transformation, or management consulting is strongly preferred.

Familiarity with email and CRM platforms, customer data platforms (CDPs), and broader engagement marketing technology ecosystems is a plus.

Experience developing AI products within regulated or highly compliant enterprise environments is advantageous.

Comfort working in a smaller, rapidly growing organization where strategic leadership is combined with hands-on execution and building.

Strong client orientation, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to take ownership in an evolving environment.

Must have US work authorization that does not currently or in the future require employment visa sponsorship.

Benefits

Base salary: $220,000–$260,000 per year.
