Accountabilities: Evaluate, validate, and maintain data elements, codes, and business rules to ensure accuracy and consistency across enterprise systems. Analyze proposed data definitions and ensure they are technically correct, clearly documented, and aligned with business processes. Support the development and implementation of data strategies, governance policies, and standards across defense systems. Collect and interpret business and data requirements to support data architecture and enterprise information needs. Contribute to the design and implementation of data management capabilities including metadata, master data, and data quality frameworks. Participate in reviewing and coordinating updates to data vocabularies, policies, and standards used across federal systems. Support enterprise data integration efforts, including relational databases, data warehousing, and structured data models. Requirements: 10+ years of experience in data analysis, data governance, or related technical/data-focused roles within complex enterprise environments. Strong experience supporting data standards, policy review, and coordination of data elements within large-scale organizations or government systems. Deep knowledge of data management technologies and standards such as SQL, XML, XSD, metadata registries, and data dictionaries. Experience with enterprise data frameworks including Master Data Management (MDM), data warehousing, and data integration concepts. Familiarity with enterprise architecture and defense-related data standards, including ASC X12 and related frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data structures and requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience documenting technical data standards. Must possess or be eligible for IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance (Tier 3). Experience representing organizational interests in data standards governance processes is highly preferred.
