Accountabilities: The Associate Director, CRM Software Engineering is responsible for leading CRM platform strategy, software architecture, development execution, and technical delivery while ensuring solutions meet business and client requirements.

Lead the planning, design, architecture, and implementation of CRM platform solutions across the full software development lifecycle.

Provide technical leadership for CRM capabilities, software engineering practices, and platform enhancements.

Define and guide technical designs that translate business objectives into scalable and effective system architectures.

Collaborate with technology teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Oversee CRM development resources, including software development managers, architects, engineers, and testing teams.

Establish and improve software development standards, tools, processes, documentation practices, and engineering methodologies.

Support infrastructure design, platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and technical improvements when required.

Lead demonstrations of technical capabilities and solutions for technical, operational, and client stakeholders.

Develop and measure application development practices to improve quality, efficiency, and delivery outcomes.

Promote Agile software development principles and continuous improvement across development teams.

Drive change management efforts to support adoption, usability, and ongoing optimization of CRM solutions.

Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of patient access technology initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading software engineering teams, designing enterprise CRM solutions, and delivering technology platforms in complex environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

10+ years of experience overseeing software development in technical environments.

3+ years of experience leading and managing software engineering teams.

Deep expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing.

Strong experience integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications, legacy systems, and Microsoft Azure cloud services.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and custom workflow development.

Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and enterprise application development.

5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Azure Cloud technologies.

Extensive experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft .NET technologies, including Visual Studio, Azure DevOps/TFS, Visual Basic, C#, ASP.NET, WebForms, MVC, Angular, Node.js, and API development.

Experience with relational database technologies, particularly Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software engineering practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to work flexible hours when needed.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience with healthcare technology, patient access services, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare solutions.

Knowledge of software validation processes in regulated environments, including FDA requirements, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, and E2B.

Experience integrating AI capabilities, including Copilot solutions, intelligent workflow automation, and AI-driven case management.

Familiarity with NoSQL databases and Snowflake.

Experience supporting technology solutions within highly regulated industries.
