Accountabilities: Manage and maintain master data structures related to products, customers, and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems.

Develop, review, and implement technical rules for data validation, enrichment, standardization, and quality control.

Support and oversee integrations between ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms, and other corporate systems, guaranteeing data synchronization and integrity.

Analyze, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, incidents, and service requests related to master data processes.

Plan and execute functional, technical, and integration tests associated with master data initiatives.

Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of data maintenance and loading activities.

Contribute to data governance initiatives, ensuring adherence to technical standards, information security requirements, compliance policies, and applicable regulations.

Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, aligning requirements and promoting best practices in master data management.

Requirements:

Solid experience as a Master Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or in a similar functional role.

Strong knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and ERP environments.

Experience with conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.

Familiarity with integration technologies such as APIs, Web Services, IDocs, middleware solutions, and file-based integrations.

Proven ability to perform technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.

Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Experience with SAP ABAP debugging, data quality and governance tools, CRM or e-commerce platforms, agile methodologies, and knowledge of data privacy regulations such as LGPD and GDPR will be considered strong advantages.
