QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from reputable university.
  • Min. 2 years of full-time work experience handling interior projects is a must.
  • Experienced handling clients, able to interpret and translate designs that meet clients' need.
  • Proficient using Sketchup, AutoCAD, Enscape, Vray, or similar software.
  • Willing to learn new things and adapt with fast-paced, fast changes working environment.
  • Collaborative, persuasive, and resilient.
  • Willing to work in office (Kota Bogor).

JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Develop interior design concepts from client briefs through to final design delivery.
  • Conduct technical reviews of other Interior Designers’ work.
  • Provide technical input to Drafters on working-drawing details.
  • Coordinate with the team on projects requiring special handling.
  • Develop interior design concepts based on client briefs and requirements.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to Interior Designers.
  • Research materials, furniture, and decorative elements in line with the design concept.
  • Ensure all designs meet technical specifications and production feasibility requirements.
