Associate
What You’ll Do
You’ll work directly with senior team members and clients to:
Analyze balance sheets, P&Ls, and cash flow to assess business performance and sustainability
Evaluate working capital, AR/AP, and inventory trends to identify risk and deal considerations
Perform targeted financial testing to validate key assumptions
Build and interpret financial analyses, exhibits, and models used in transaction decisions
Support diligence on behalf of:
Buyers evaluating acquisitions
Lenders assessing loan risk
Create clear, client-ready deliverables that translate data into actionable insights
Present findings to internal teams and external stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For
We are intentionally targeting candidates who go beyond traditional audit:
Active CPA license strongly preferred
2–4 years of experience in Big 4 or similar public accounting / consulting environment
Experience that includes analysis, problem-solving, or advisory
Strong understanding of financial statements and how businesses operate
Exposure to:
Financial analysis, modeling, or transaction-related work (preferred)
Working capital, AR, or inventory analysis (a plus)
Clear, confident communicator who can present financial insights effectively
Calm, professional presence in client environments
Thrives in environments where:
You are pushed to learn quickly
You take ownership early
You are expected to think critically, not just execute
What Will Set You Apart
Experience in Deals Advisory, Transaction Services (TAS), or consulting
Background in manufacturing or inventory-heavy industries
Demonstrated ability to turn analysis into insight and recommendations
Experience working directly with clients or stakeholders in high-stakes situations

This role offers a competitive base salary plus the opportunity for discretionary annual Salary Range $75,000 — $85,000 USD
