Oracle APEX Developer

We are seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust APEX applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring the reliability and security of the applications.

APEX Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain Oracle APEX applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

Database Design and Optimization : Work closely with database administrators to design efficient database structures and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code for performance.

Requirements Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

Customization and Integration : Customize existing APEX applications and integrate them with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow.

Oracle Forms and Reports Development : Utilize Oracle Forms and Reports for additional development needs and integration with existing systems.

Security Implementation : Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard APEX applications, Oracle Forms, and underlying databases.

Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, processes, and code.

Performance Tuning : Identify and resolve performance issues in APEX applications, Oracle Forms, and associated databases.

Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and quality of developed applications.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX development.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL : In-depth knowledge and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and PL/SQL code.

APEX Skills : Strong expertise in Oracle APEX development, including building interactive reports, forms, and charts.

Oracle Forms and Reports Experience : Proven experience in developing and maintaining applications using Oracle Forms and Reports.

Database Knowledge : Solid understanding of Oracle Database concepts, design principles, and optimization techniques.

Front-End Technologies : Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Integration Skills : Experience integrating APEX applications, Oracle Forms, and Reports with other systems and third-party tools.

Performance Optimization : Proven track record in performance tuning of APEX applications, Oracle Forms, and Oracle databases.

Problem Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Adaptability : Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Certifications : Oracle APEX certifications are a plus.
