Overview: We are seeking an exceptional Scrum Master to guide our development teams to success. Responsibilities: Lead and mentor development teams in adopting and applying Scrum and Agile best practices.

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and value.

Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions, enabling them to focus on sprint goals.

Coach the team in self-organization and cross-functionality, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Promote collaboration and clear communication within the team and with stakeholders.

Track and report on sprint progress, ensuring transparency and timely delivery.

Advocate for Agile principles across the organization, helping to mature our development processes.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Information Technology (IT) , deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies , and background in Computer Science to excel in this role. Experience with tools like Jira for project tracking and strong capabilities in project management , team leadership , and facilitation are key. Proven Expertise: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an IT or software development environment.

Agile Champion: Strong command of Scrum and Agile methodologies , with a track record of successfully guiding teams.

Technical Foundation: A solid background in Information Technology (IT) and principles of Computer Science .

Project Leadership: Demonstrated skills in Project Management , Team Leadership , and effective Facilitation of meetings and workshops.

Problem Solver: Excellent abilities in Conflict Resolution and Impediment Removal .

Coaching Mindset: Experience in Coaching and mentoring development teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement.

Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools, ideally Jira or similar.
