Full Stack Team Leader

Lead the team’s day-to-day technical activities while remaining actively hands-on in development. Develop scalable backend services in a microservices architecture. Integrate AI into the day-to-day development lifecycle, including coding, testing, debugging, ation, code review, and productivity improvement. Work closely with Product, System Engineering, Project Managers, QA, and other R&D stakeholders.

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a Software Development Team Leader – mandatory.
• Strong hands-on software development background.
• Proven experience working in a web development environment – mandatory.
• Strong backend development experience with C#/.NET – highly preferred; strong Java experience will also be considered.
• Experience with modern web applications and frontend development; React experience – advantage.
