Security Guard

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and control access to the assigned premises. Check and verify visitors, employees, and vehicles entering or leaving the facility. Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and prevent security risks. Maintain vigilance and promptly report suspicious activities or security incidents. Protect company property, equipment, and assets against theft, damage, or unauthorized access. Respond appropriately to emergencies and security incidents. Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports. Enforce security procedures and site regulations. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when dealing with staff and visitors. Work closely with supervisors and other security personnel to maintain a safe environment. Perform other security-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications: Minimum of SHS/WASSCE certificate. Must have a valid Ghana Card. Must be male. Must be physically fit, alert, and disciplined. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Previous security experience is an advantage. Must be willing and available to work 12-hour shifts. Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including day or night shifts as assigned. Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
