Guidepoint is seeking a dynamic Associate Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality primary research insights to clients by connecting them with the most relevant industry experts. What You Will Own:
Partner with global Project Managers to support clients in gathering primary research insights
Identify, recruit, and manage industry experts for consultations and surveys based on client needs
Screen expert profiles and responses to assess subject matter expertise and suitability
Coordinate and schedule expert consultations and meetings between advisors and clients
Ensure compliance with client requirements and maintain accurate records in Guidepoint’s CRM system
Collaborate closely with international team members to optimize service delivery
Support Korean clients during night shift coverage , providing continuity when Japan-based Project Managers are offline
Experience You Will Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
2–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or a related role
Fluency in English and Korean (spoken and written)
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all professional levels
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a global team
Experience working in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment
