Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end payroll processing , ensuring timely and accurate compensation for all employees.

Manage all aspects of personnel administration , including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record maintenance.

Ensure strict adherence to local labor laws and regulations in Egypt, maintaining compliance across all HR practices.

Administer employee benefits, leave management, and compensation adjustments.

Maintain comprehensive and confidential HRIS data and personnel files.

Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to payroll and personnel matters.

Support HR initiatives and projects to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Human Resources (HR) , Payroll systems, and Personnel management. Familiarity with HRIS platforms and a strong grasp of local labor laws are essential for success in this role.
