Role Description

The Head of Growth & Sales is a full-time remote role responsible for driving user growth, revenue expansion, and strategic partnerships across Greenwallet’s FX, Virtual Cards and crossborder payments products. This role oversees growth marketing initiatives, customer acquisition campaigns, and performance optimization across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales efforts, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and building a strong business development pipeline with merchants, financial institutions, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales & customer acquisition strategies
• Generate and convert retail, SME & corporate customers

• Grow FX and remittance transaction volumes
• Build partnerships with agents, affiliates, IBs & businesses

• Manage digital/performance marketing campaigns
• Build and manage the sales pipeline

• Track and improve sales & marketing ROI

Qualifications

✅ 5+ years' relevant experience

✅ Proven sales/revenue track record

✅ Strong FX/remittance knowledge

✅ Digital marketing & customer acquisition experience

✅ Strong partnership development skills

✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills

✅ Nigerian financial-services experience is an advantage
