Position: Sales Manager

Key responsibilities

Develop & execute effective sales strategies to acquire new customers Build & maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales materials Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth areas Achieve & exceed individual & team sales targets Communicate effectively with clients, partners & internal teams Provide customer training & presentations Sales forecasting Track performance, monitor sales progress & report on key metrics

Qualifications & Requirements

Preferred minimum 3 years of working experience within the solar industry Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales target Reliable and self-motivated Strong Microsoft office skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication skills A friendly, positive and customer-driven attitude Excellent time management and organizational skills Adapt to frequent travel Driving license required.
