Work safely, complying with all safety, quality and sanitation policies and procedures and proactively identify and report potential safety hazards so they can be corrected.

Assist Sanitation Manager to effectively mentor, train and coach the day and mid-shift sanitation team members to drive engagement, inclusion as well as focus on internal customer service.

Assist Sanitation Manager to plan cleaning schedules and proper allocation of resources (labor, supplies, equipment and time) while planning and executing for successful changeovers, sanitation weekends and daily activities.

Enforce sanitation standard operating procedures (SSOPs) and master sanitation schedule (MSS); support development and maintain the sanitation manual; Understands cGMP practices which help ensure the safety within the workplace and the production of safe and quality product(s).

Assisting creating and adjusting schedules for employees to prepare the plant to be audit ready every day.

Assist managing chemical and consumable inventory levels throughout the plant daily.

Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs), carrying out duties following cGMP and 5S practices, and being responsible for hygiene and housekeeping in a specified work area.

Work collaboratively and cross functionally with other departments including Safety, Production, Maintenance, FSQ, HR and Logistics.
