For our partner located in Visp, GI Life Sciences is looking for a : Logistics Specialist

Your mission :

You will ensure the smooth execution of logistics and administrative activities related to inventory management.

Your responsibilities :

• Execute and monitor SAP processes (goods issues, material consumption, planning activities, etc.).
• Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
• Provide administrative support to the department (SAP).
• Ensure data reliability and compliance with internal procedures.
• Perform replenishment activities, inventory checks, and stock level controls.
• Handle stock movements (pallet transportation, order preparation, etc.).
• Provide support in resolving operational issues and occasional logistics challenges.
• Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, and supply chain teams.

Your profile :

• Completed training in logistics or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP requirements.
• Good knowledge of SAP (MM/WM modules).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Forklift license is an advantage.
